FLAT grain wood TOPS FEATURES
 In Flat Grain, this construction style feature wide pieces of wood, which are laid horizontally and feature varying widths depending upon the wood available at time of construction.
Flat Grain is a construction which best shows off the grain of the wood, however it does not stand up to scratches nearly as well as Edge or End Grain. This style of top is very aesthetically pleasing and is perfect for any surface similar to a table top or a bar top where looks matters more than functionality.
- Our Flat Grain Countertops come standard with a permanent finish, which renders the wood stain and water-resistant.
- Gloss or Matte Finishes are available.
- Sinks are not included; however, we do offer many sinks. You may also provide your own sink specifications.
- The thicknesses of these countertops are 1.75 inches.
- This construction style expands and contracts in width only.
- Not recommended for chopping, as knife marks show readily.
