Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - RYNONE
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
Products manufactured by RYNONE MANUFACTURING CORP. are warranted
to the original purchasing consumer for a period of one year from the date of
purchase against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover the installation of such products; nor does this
warranty cover any product used or installed in connection with such products.
This warranty does not apply to defects arising from miss-use, abuse, accident,
alteration, improper care or failure to perform reasonable and necessary
maintenance after installation.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE ALSO LIMITED IN DURATION TO A
PERIOD OF ONE YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE WARRANTOR
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
COSTS, EXPENSES, OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY PURCHASE.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE:
If any of the products covered by this warranty shall, under normal use and within
the periods of time set forth above, prove defective, such parts will be repaired or
replaced by the Warrantor without charge. The Warrantor will not provide, or pay
the cost of removal of defective products, installation of repaired or replaced
products, or the transportation of either repaired, replaced, or defective products.
You (the Warrantee) must provide any pay for such removal, installation or
transportation.
WARRANTY CLAIMS:
To Submit a claim under this warranty, please write the Warrantor at the
following address: RYNONE MANUFACTURING CORP., SERVICE
DEPARTMENT, P.O. BOX 128, Sayre, P.A. 18840. Either the warrantor or his
authorized dealer will perform the obligations set forth in the warranty.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - US MARBLE
United States Marble manufactured products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects. United States Marble, at its option and will, may choose to replace an order at no charge only where our inspection shows any such defects occurring in normal use, in a residential application, to the original owner/purchaser. Normal wear and tear excluded. Commercial applications excluded. Bathtub warranty limited to 5 years; whirlpool hardware is limited to the warranty of the original equipment manufacturer. Contact U.S. Marble for further details. United States Marble is not responsible for any removal, installation or labor cost, or any consequential damages as a result of any defective product. Improper installation, care or maintenance of the product, or water temperature exceeding 150 degrees, will void this warranty. Implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are expressly limited in duration to the expiration of the warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This is our exclusive written warranty. To obtain warranty service you must have your original sales receipt. You may contact the place of original purchase to initiate.

Dimensions are nominal. Delivered product may vary +/- ¼”.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
*U.S. Marble does not replace product on the basis of color hues, veining patterns, or intensity. Store samples are a representation of the final product – and can vary in shading and veining. Website and /or brochure color illustrations should be used as a reference only. Customers should make their final color selections from actual store samples. Gloss finish is Standard. Optional Matte finish may appear to darken the color. When matted, darker colors may look dramatically different than the gloss finish. Pay special attention to the difference in the samples.
*U.S Marble does not replace product resulting from damages occurring after delivery; during installation or storage of the product; improper storage/handling; water temperatures in excess of 150 degrees F and/or the use of abrasive or improper cleaners or chemical. Any repairs made to the product are not covered unless performed by a U.S. Marble factory-trained representative.
US MARBLE RETURN POLICY
Authorization for Return and Authorization Number must be obtained from U.S. Marble before credit or replacement is to be issued.
All U.S. Marble Products are made for Special Order. Unless there is a Manufacturing Defect, Special Order means there are no returns. There are no changes and or cancellations after the production of the product has begun.
To obtain authorization and /or Authorization Number:
- Call U.S. Marble office at (989) 561-2293 / Ext: 135. Please have the following information ready.
- Original Purchase Order Number/U.S. Marble Invoice Number.
- Date of Purchase/Delivery to Your Location
- Size and Color of Product
- Location of Product; if at the purchasing customer’s home, include name, address, daytime phone number.
- Specific Problem(s) with Product
- Must be a Manufacturing Defect in Order to Receive Credit or Replacement
- U.S Marble Sales Representative will do an inspection, consisting of photos emailed from store, of the product, to make the determination.
- Upon completion of inspection into complaint filed, U.S. Marble Representative will notify the dealer (and the customer if necessary) of determination and possible action to be taken (credit or replacement.)

If the customer feels that the product is damaged after receiving it in their home, MAKE SURE THE TOP IS NOT INSTALLED! U.S Marble’s warranty only covers replacement of the manufactured item only; there is no allowance for installation labor, or reinstallation labor.
